By accessing or using myExecAdmin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use myExecAdmin. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The Service is a personal productivity tool intended for adults and is not directed at children.
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. myExecAdmin provides an AI-powered executive assistant delivered via email. Your assigned admin is an automated AI system capable of responding to requests such as scheduling assistance, research, email drafting, reminders, task management, and related work. The Service is designed to help you delegate routine tasks and communicate more efficiently.

AI systems can and do make errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing any output before acting on it. Do not rely on your exec admin as the sole source of truth for time-sensitive, legal, financial, medical, or other high-stakes matters. myExecAdmin is a productivity aid, not a licensed professional service.
To create an account, we collect payment card information for identity verification purposes only. This is a one-time identity check processed securely through Stripe. Your card will not be charged for the free tier. Providing accurate identity information is required to use the Service.
The free tier of myExecAdmin is ad-supported. By using the free tier, you consent to the display of relevant third-party advertisements within the Service. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers. Upgrade to Pro for a completely ad-free experience.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice.
Email content you send to your exec admin is processed by our AI systems solely to fulfill your requests. We retain conversation history to provide continuity and improve your experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. The free tier includes contextually relevant advertising based on general usage patterns, not personal data sales. A full Privacy Policy is forthcoming.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, myExecAdmin and its operators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed tasks, AI errors, data loss, or service interruptions.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. For free tier users, this amount is $0.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. Free tier features and availability may change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable, but are not obligated to do so.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Missouri.
In any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys's fees, court costs, and all other legal expenses from the non-prevailing party. If you initiate a legal claim against myExecAdmin and do not prevail, you agree to pay our full legal costs.
